Abstract
Tangible enough for further consideration of the matter is that free trade was not too successful start. This is the argument that the Republic of Korea some time was deprived of the so-called raw material base for the subsequent regulatory issues in the field of trade. Thus come to the view that at that point of time elapsed before us country specialization only in the field of mineral processing process. It is necessary to draw attention to the fact that in the period of crisis occurring during 1997 year, the Republic of Korea firmly endured enough and thus passed the test and for a period of time sufficiently firmly implemented in the process of adopting free trade agreements based on the example of foreign policy.
