Abstract
The global market for pharmaceuticals is very extensive and varied. Among such diversity and competition, the domestic pharmaceutical industry has a low indicator of competitiveness on the world market. In our time, corresponding to the modern requirements of the development of innovative economy, one of the main tasks of national importance is the development of a national pharmaceuticals, increase its degree of domestic consumer protection. Attempted to identify the main economic and non-economic factors, there was a certain strategy for development of innovative pharmaceutical business, as well as highlighted the conditions for the successful development of competitiveness of the Russian pharmacy level in the short term.
