Abstract
To date, the process of enterprise management there is a need in the solution and eliminating a significant number of problems due to the use of new approaches to management. Such problems may be due to the influence of both internal and external factors. All the more urgent uses development cost management techniques, their decline is probably the primary objectives of the strategic and tactical controlling, in this regard, this trend gets rapid development.
