Abstract
Based on cluster analysis of morphometric parameters studied various populations of vendace lakes in Karelia. It was revealed that at present the major forms of whitefish (kilez, ripus), along with differences in biological indicators are morphometric abnormalities of their small forms whitefish respectively pools of the Onega and Ladoga lakes.
