AbstractThe article is devoted to investigating the history of building, development and func-tioning of foreign military counterintelligence services at the White North in 1918– 1919. The research is generally based on the documents of Russian State Military archive and Russian State Navy archive. The article contains inference that Allied military control wasn’t adapted to fulfilling all the complex of counterintelligence service functions in the conditions of Russian Civil War.
