Abstract
Currently urgent task is to identify the characteristics of traffic accidents due to unsatisfactory condition and maintenance of the road network. To achieve this goal, the author: analyzes accidents from this cause occurred on the territory of Barnaul, compares the obtained data with the study conducted in 2013, reveals the main features, offers solutions to existing problems in the industry.
