Abstract
Increasing the intellectual component in the work of the modern worker stimulates the introduction of new approaches for rapid identity management. Personal motivation to succeed in the work greatly affects the performance of the enterprise as a whole. The article presents the main success of the management tools for rapid response personnel in a dynamic labor market challenges.
