Abstract
The paper deals with the problems associated with the induction of the society into a new phase of development – the fourth industrial revolution, paying attention to the principles of participation and new organizational mechanisms for technologies that must be mastered. The concrete measures are offered for forming a readiness of technological revolution in the XXI century in Russia.
