AbstractThis article provides an overview of the composition of a qualified drug trafficking, committed with the use of mass media or any electronic information and telecommunication networks (including "Internet" network). The study suggests that the composition of an offense under subsection. "B" h. 2 tablespoons. 228.1 of the Criminal Code contains a number of shortcomings in the effectiveness of the fight against the sale of drugs through information and telecommunication networks.
