Abstract
The work is devoted to actual problems of interaction of railway transport of public and non-public. The main problems of such interaction are possible ways of their solution. Focuses on the review of the new law No. 503 of the Federal law from 31.12.2014 and the conservation and upgrading the fleet of shunting locomotives on the tracks.
