Abstract
This article reviews the norms of the Russian legislation regulating the conditions of validity of transactions in the civil law of the Russian Federation. The article considers the main conditions of validity of transactions under the civil law of the Russian Federation, raised controversial issues. The conducted research allows to assert that this question remains debatable and relevant.
