Abstract
Article is devoted to studying of a fragment of a language picture of the world of the Russian people. Research of a semanteme "loneliness" is carried out on the basis of the objective description of the lexical units which are a part of the russian paremias, the eksplitsiruyushchikh this category in its concrete realization.
