Abstract
In today's world people just need to be able to think creatively, to make unconventional decisions. But in school learning is often reduced to the memorization and reproduction of standard methods of operation, typical methods for solving the tasks. It kills the interest in learning. Children can gradually lose the ability to be creative.
The teacher's task, I think, is not only to give students more in-depth knowledge on the subject, but also to develop creative abilities of each child.

Today, modern society needs people with initiative, creative, willing to adapt quickly in the outside world to the changing realities of life.

To prepare this student: committed, creative thinking and self-possession, logical speech needs of the educational institution, and therefore, this role falls on the shoulders of the teacher seeking to teach, to reveal the child’s creative abilities. Teacher on personal experience seeks to realize their right to work, builds relationships with students through technology cooperation, maintains interest in the lesson.

The task of the teacher is to engage in creative activities not only students of one study group, and to help everyone discover their own talents that they never knew existed or was too shy to say so . Therefore, all the techniques should be aimed at the development of the needs of creative activity, the pursuit of self-actualization through various forms of creativity.

An important feature of interaction is communication, in which we learn to manage their emotions and behavior, to sympathize, to empathize and to talk about their feelings, as a rule, not everyone can make a student.

The teacher must master the techniques of dialogue, not only verbal, but also nonverbal: making a pause, the person concerned or taking a particular position, or gesture, movement is to attract students to engage in activities that will help develop interest in the subject that would affect the outcome of the understanding of the lesson material.

Each lesson should satisfy the child’s desire for creativity, the desire to reveal their identity and here I come to the aid of the tasks of a creative nature: writing cinquains, language of the tale, the illustrations to read the fragment, presentations, crossword or exhibitions).

In other words, as frequently as possible to give the student the opportunity to be in the position of author (“can one finale of the story, I. A. Bunin “Dark alleys”?”), the hero is reincarnated as a (staged skits, readers ‘ theater, the representation of one of the characters) or to experience the work criticism – it gives you the opportunity to feel, to Express yourself, to intensify mental activity.

Development of creative abilities of pupils ‘ education and education for active creative personality through the creation of favorable conditions for the development and formation of creative abilities of each, the identification and use in learning activities the individual characteristics of students is the task of each teacher.

And then the result of the creative interaction will be a noticeable increase of interest in knowledge of the majority, which will contribute to the development of creative thinking, better assimilation of knowledge, formation of skills, which will improve the quality of training not only in the Russian language and literature as well as in other subjects.
