Abstract
The work proved the importance of analyzing and finding ways to improve the competitiveness of catering. The analysis of the catering market and identifies the current trends, used to enhance the competitiveness of supply. For example, some restaurants in the city of Moscow shows the possibility of innovation in the production and marketing activities, as well as data on the cost-effectiveness of the actions taken.
