Abstract
The paper describes the possibility of determination and studies of the social and pedagogical processes in the structure determination and visualization of cultural norms and practices. Culture is seen in several senses, marked a broad definition, narrow and local meaning is clear. Obtained models of evaluation of the quality of formation of pedagogical processes in the system due to the capabilities and limitations of culture as a product of the modern facility and continuing professional education.
