Abstract
The developed situation in machine-tool constructing branch of Russia is analyzed. Negative dynamics on attraction of investments into branch, on professional training, development of new machine tools and technologies of their manufacture is marked. The sharp need for simplification of crediting of the domestic enterprises is emphasized. The conclusion about a complex way of restoration of machine-tool construction and duration, capital intensity of the given process is formed.
