Abstract
By chemical, chemical and laser-SHS obtained new bio-functional nanoparticles of complex metal oxides and oxide bronzes. Particular attention is paid to the optical micro-pyrometry combustion wave and photothermal effect absorption of light quanta of nano-crystals of complex oxides and oxide bronzes having semiconducting properties. The reported study was funded by RFBR according to the research project No. 15-42-00106.
