Abstract
The article analyzes the importance of modern computer programs in implementing scientific research in marketing. The authors briefly discusses basic computer programs used in the work of Russian enterprises. They will address the changing role of information technology in the spread of Internet environment. Particular attention is paid to the role of online research in the field of marketing.
