Abstract
The article presents the layout web application systems of quality assessment activities of the University. The system can be used as internal University evaluation system and how the system of ranking of universities. In comparison with the analogues, the system is able to cover the assessment of the entire system of higher education. The article may be of interest to specialists in the field of rankings of universities.
