USE OF ANDRAGOGICAL PRINCIPALS DURING OF SEAFARER’S TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY

Abstract
In this article the andragogical components of seafarers` training are analyzed; the psychological and up-to-date practical approaches aimed at the organization of educational process in professional training are revealed; the methods and modes being used in educational sphere and positively influence on raising of seafarers` interests as for their own trajectory of education and self-education are identified, adjust them to constant professional development and self-realization hereby activate aspiration to study lifelong.
