Abstract
The paper discusses the main ways of formation and development of the production system of the structural unit of JSC "Inspectorate R". Just the basic directions of activity of the organization and structure of the management units.
Any impact one way or another affects the system of subjective relations of man and his relationship to the system partner in dialogue and activities that causes the pattern synergies from administrative activity of heads of organizations.
