Abstract
Article opens the maintenance of the Russian identity, the characteristic of its structure is submitted. On the basis of the analysis of these sociological researches of 2015 modern processes of formation of civil identity of youth of Southern Siberia are considered. The author draws a conclusion about the good potential of the Russian identity (on the basis of its prevalence in structure of identichnost) and at the same time about its fragmentariness and some discrepancy.
