Abstract
In article possibility of application of a package of the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox expansion in the program MATLAB environment for the solution of tasks of an assessment and selection of operators of the mining-transport equipment (on the example of operators of career caterpillar excavators) at the mountain enterprises is considered. The developed model allows to make the decision, based on theoretical knowledge and practical skills of operators. The received numerical values of model were correlated to the linguistic variable used at estimation and selection with weight coefficients. The model allows experts to make the decisions based on numerical values of each operation of a cycle of excavation. By means of a linguistic variable numerical values were correlated to professionalism levels that in turn, promotes fast decision-making and the minimum costs of an assessment and staff recruitment.
