Abstract
The article is designated a problem of implementation of collective work in complex organizational and technical systems on the basis of existing approaches to business process management. It was described prerequisites to account for the peculiar properties of collective work. Reasons for the methods of intelligent process management directed on ensuring effective of collective work due to its coordinated representation, actions on the organization and operational management, and also supports of acceptance of administrative decisions are executed.
