Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of pedagogue’s professional requalification in university in condition of development of market economy in society. The paper describes the part of research, where the conception of professional marketing intelligence is disclosed and a position of value-motivational component is determined in its organization. The system of internal and external conditions for development of value-motivational component as basis in structure of marketing intelligence of future teachers is exposed. Besides, we have defined the characteristics of stages of its developments in students.
