Abstract
The article considers the theory and practice of building a culture of independent work of the individual in the structure analysis and productive models of modern education and health-saving pedagogy, from optimizing search terms and ways, forms and methods, products, and resources of personality development in the model of continuous professional education. Specifics of preparation of future teachers of physical culture and students included in the active search for optimal models of a modern education for students with different educational needs and methods of reproduction of social and professional values, needs careful analysis and development of software and pedagogical support. Ways to build study courses of modern pedagogy define the perspectives of teachers training to performing professional functions in a professional and inclusive education.
