Abstract
In the article the essence of the institute of public (social) control on the modern stage and its basic differences from the state control are analyzed. The critical view of legislative conception of the institute of public (social) control in Russia is given on the basis of research of the current federal law. An institute methodologically is characterized as a dynamic, functional constituent of civil society shutting out the all-embracing detailed settlement by the law. The proposal are drafted out on the legal technique of the framework law "The social control in Russia" by 21th July, 2014.
