FEATURES OF ADVERSE SELECTION IN THE RUSSIAN LABOR MARKET

Abstract
The relevance of this article due to the fact that the current state of the Russian economy as a whole is characterized by instability and imbalance. In the various markets the interests of individual agents and their natural interactions lead to a situation of so-called adverse selection, or adverse selection. The situation, which was originally described by John. Akerlof within the model he created called "The Market for Lemons" appears today in the markets of different types, including the labor. This issue requires further study the conditions of the Russian Federation.
