Abstract
This article is devoted to research of current topics of self-regulation in the construction industry. The company's building complex has several new features for proper alignment of the business with the introduction of self-regulation. Today, however, in the field of self-regulation there are a number of issues whose resolution is key to increasing the efficiency of the construction industry and to improve the quality and quantity of construction in Russia.
