Abstract
This article reveals the role of problem lecture as a form of activization of training students, aimed at a meaningful and active knowledge. It is concluded that the problem lectures are based on student-activity approach in education, develop critical thinking, independence, promote the culture of teaching and the development of education of both teachers and students. The basic characteristics, advantages, principles and modalities of problem lectures.
