Abstract
The article analyzes the international experience of restructuring of enterprises in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Soviet Union, America. On the basis of the analysis the conclusion about possibility of application of foreign experience in the Russian enterprises. The main branch, in respect of which deals with the foreign experience, is engineering.
