Abstract
The article investigates the corporate culture, communication channels and analysis of the level of conflict in the insurance companies in Penza. The study suggests that insufficient attention to the formation of an effective system of communication leads to conflict situations in the organization, which in turn leads to a reduction of group co-operation and efficiency of the organization.
