Abstract
The article outlines the background of the formation of online communities of students and employers at the example of Ufa, in terms of the requirements of the modern labour market. Not only knowledge but also skills, forming of professional competence of graduates, are important factors in building a successful career and professional activities in the chosen area of training. Modern information and communication technologies, in particular network that is able to solve the problem of determining the relationship of students and employers, to build a rating and evaluate the effectiveness of this interaction.
