Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to test the developed scientific production method and apparatus for the microbiological analysis of air.
A method and apparatus for the microbiological analysis of air, including the deposition of the aerosol particles and seeding microorganisms on the surface of a dense nutrient medium and subsequent thermostating sample count the number of colonies grown on the medium surface, characterized in that the deposition of the aerosol particles carried in a liquid trap microorganisms with subsequent disintegration rehydration and aerosol particles and slurry inoculation of microorganisms carried on solid medium.
