DETERMINATION OF THE VELOCITY VECTOR FOR SPECIAL SKIVING TOOL FOR THE PROCESSING OF GEARS WITH INTERNAL CROWN

Abstract
In this paper, according to estimates defined relative velocity vector, necessary for profiling a special skiving tools for processing of gears with internal crown. In addition, according to estimates derived allow to justify the value of the geometric and design parameters of the cutter tool. Based on the consideration in the scheme of machine processed gear engagement with internal teeth and the machining tool determined mathematical relationship between the coordinate system, which are the basis for the derivation of the cutting edge of a cutter tool's tooth.
