Abstract
The theoretical model of formation of competence by social designing for an architecture student is a set of blocks of the research and teaching activities of University teachers (target, content, scoring and evaluation) aimed at fulfilling the social order potential employer in training highly qualified personnel for the implementation of national projects in terms of ownership competence of social planning. This article describes the target block of the model.
