Abstract
The modern world is filled with a variety of organizations. A lot of them are faced with problems in the managing the company and HR sooner or later. The 7 – S framework is considered in this article as the instrument for comprehensive study of the organization, diagnose problems in HR management and identify the main mistakes which organizations brings to pass.
