Abstract
The analysis of labour market, demographic situation, migration processes in the region is carried out in the article. The main factors, influencing on the youth segment of the region’s labour market youth segment, are identified. The key problems on the labour market are described, such as the existence of professional, territorial disproportions, disproportions, connected with gender and age, between human resources supply and demand. The low territorial mobility of human resources is also considered in the article.
