Abstract
The relevance of the topic due to the need to stabilize the socio-economic condition of the Russian Federation, which is impossible without changing demographics, which is currently characterized by the outflow of population from strategic areas of the Russian Federation, the reduction of the total population, including working-age population. Therefore, to facilitate migration to the Russian Federation of compatriots living abroad, is one of the priority directions of migration policy of the Russian Federation.
