Abstract
This article discusses the basic principles laid down in the calculation of ground-level air pollution, on the basis of AML-86. The analysis of unified programs for calculation of air pollution. Assesses the legal and regulatory framework applying UPCAP in practice is calculated. Analysis of the main disadvantages of these software systems.
