Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of peculiar features of associated course of ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease of 121 patients. High frequency of peculiar features of associated course of ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease is shown (in 43,7%). There are specific clinical features of acute ulcer disease, which consists of pain and dyspeptic symptoms. The use of endoscopy helps early diagnostics and optimal treatment of patients.
