Abstract
According to an independent study, 46% of respondents are dissatisfied with the automation of accommodations Primorye. Organize the work of the hotel at the outward simplicity, is not easy. From the first minute stay client evaluates the speed and level of service. Tourists, youth, businessmen and vacationers people populated in the hotel in order to obtain wide and comfortable, but do not always receive it.
