TEACHER ICT-COMPETENCE AS A CONDITION TO ORGANIZE EFFECTIVE TEACHING OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH MENTAL RETARDATION AND ATTENTION DEFICIENCY SYNDROME WITH HYPERACTIVITY

Abstract
The article discusses the current problem of the modern education that is how to train teachers to use information and communication technologies in their teaching work with preschool children having mental retardation and attention deficiency syndrome with hyperactivity. The recommended practice for information technologies using has been developed to increase ICT-competence of the specialized pre-school educational institution employees taking into account a specific character of work with this kind of children.
