Abstract
In this paper, we consider the system diagnostics of the cutting tool in terms of automated production, which is based on the measurement of acoustic emission signal and cutting power. It allows you to control the intensity of tool wear and to predict its performance, which makes it possible to improve the accuracy, quality and efficiency of machining.
