Abstract
The development and implementation of quality management systems in enterprises requires the definition and implementation of the management of different activities that can be considered as processes. The application of the received system of the processes for obtaining the desired result based on the "process approach" and, therefore, it is requires to set the inputs, outputs of processes, and necessary resources. As an effective tool for the description of processes can be used methodology of the structural analysis and design SADT.
