Abstract
In article the conceptual basics of process of a profilisation of the educational environment are covered. On the basis of the analysis of the presented definitions specific characteristics of the concept «profilisation» of a context of functioning of the educational environment are allocated. Generalizing approaches available in scientific knowledge to this concept, the author's treatment of concept of a profilisation of the educational environment is given. In relation to a research subject, the concepts «profilisation» and «specialization» are differentiated.
