Abstract
In article the task to consider some features of motivational structure of the enterprise in the conditions of the closed administrative-territorial education (CATE) is set. The author opens features CATE and the features of pilot production influencing the organization of work in the studied division of the enterprise. Also in article are given results of the research of motivational structure of workers conducted on the basis of V. Gerchikov's theory.
