Abstract
The aim of this work is to develop the scientific foundations and principles of physiologically sound and safe food technology students in Nizhnekamsk region of Tatarstan in Russian Federation. And then the solution of the complex scientific and practical problems that are directed to a method and a physiologically based technologies enrichment of food products. To ensure adequate nutrition students need to compensate for a deficiency of basic essential food nutrients in their diet, and promote the maintenance of highly valuable and creative health of young people in our region Tatarstan and other regions of the Russian Federation.
