Abstract
Article deals with the problems of health care financing and implementation of financial innovation in medical insurance. This study allows to conclude that the integration of public and private sources of health financing on the basis of financial innovation in medical insurance will allow to form an optimal model of the health care system and to balance the state guarantees of providing for population free medical care.
