Abstract
The paper analyzes the characteristics of the selection of indicators for factor analysis model reserves for increasing the effectiveness of the building complex of the Penza region. Selected factors to determine the performance indicators that can be used for the purposes of state regulation of the economy of the region and issues of forecasting the development of the industry.
